Smart and safe filters
Through RFID technology, installed filters are instantly visible on BMair Connect. Without any manual input, the operator automatically maintains a logbook and receives alerts when the filter's lifespan is nearing its end.
Stainless steel components
The base material is already shock-resistant and able to withstand harsh (chemical) conditions. For additional reinforcement, the framework and fastening materials are made of stainless steel components.
Modular concept
The BMair Protector serves as a modular base, suitable for (fine) dust filtration such as quartz or asbestos. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically, and its lightweight design of 8 kg makes it suitable even for the most compact machines.

Discover BMair Connect, the advanced control unit developed in conjunction with the BMair Protector. The standard functionalities of the PAC and F4000 models remain intact. Once the machine is activated, the control unit automatically manages the operation of the pressurized filtration system. In the event of potential hazards, such as pressure loss or the detection of dangerous substances above threshold levels, BMair Connect immediately triggers both visual and audible alarms.
All control unit data is accessible 24/7 via a real-time online portal. After purchasing a BMair Protector, users gain free access to this portal, allowing them to view machine information. Requesting, downloading, and printing certificates can also be done with ease.
HEPA Filtration
Clean lungs for both the operator and the machine itself. The BMair Protector is a protective ventilation system designed to filter toxic fine dust. In heavy equipment work, dust is an everyday occurrence. A BMair Protector combined with the right filters is essential.
The BMair Protector stands out for its effectiveness and efficiency, thanks to the HEPA-14 filter class and a specially developed fan. The upgraded filter class, compared to any other brand on the market, ensures even better filtration of toxic fine dust. The filters are also designed to minimize unnecessary contact with contaminated filter cloth during replacement, as they are housed in a durable plastic casing. Each order includes a sealing ring, ensuring the system remains fully sealed throughout the machine's lifespan.
Activated carbon module expansion
Customized filtration based on contamination, with modular expansion options.
For environments contaminated by gases and vapors, the BMair Protector can be expanded with an activated carbon module. The Protector remains the core for HEPA dust filtration but can be connected to the carbon module. This module can hold an additional 10 kg of activated carbon filter.
The first module, suitable for horizontal mounting (e.g., on the machine's roof), is expected in December 2024. The vertical mounting module (e.g., on the deck or fender of a machine) is planned in Q1 2025.
