Description
In case of extreme peak loads in the concentration of gases and vapours or a temporary lack of oxygen in the surrounding air, the patented breathing air assistant system BMAir ASYST allows you to continue working under safe conditions.
The system is equipped with a modified pressurised filter system, a compressed air cylinder, various sensors, a touchscreen and a green warning light. The values detected by the various sensors are processed by the PLC controller allowing the system to automatically switch between the pressurised filter system and the compressed air cylinder. This increases the lifespan to a maximum because in less polluted conditions, the pressurised filter system reduces the use of compressed air.
A special air compressor fills the compressed air cylinder to maximum 15,000 Bar litre. If several cylinders are used per machine, we recommend using a compressed air buffer that allows the cylinders on the machine to fill up quickly.
Monitoring options:
- Possible to use several gas-specific sensors
- Communication via Bluetooth connection
- Sensor values and logging of data is adjustable via BMAir Monitor software
- Logged data can be downloaded for further analysis
