BMair Protector
Plus X

The first modular expansion is here! The Protector offers highly efficient dust filtration, combined with powerful Plus X gas filtration for optimal protection.

The Protector Plus X combines two modular elements that can be configured flexibly. The BMair Protector serves as the foundation and can also be used as a stand-alone solution for ultimate dust filtration. Before the air reaches the Plus X module, it is completely free of dust. It then passes through an 11 kg activated carbon filter in the Plus X module, efficiently removing gas molecules from the air. The system forces air through the filter, ensuring optimal distribution across the entire filter surface. This maximizes filter efficiency and significantly enhances the safety of every operator.

Modular

The Protector Plus X features a modular design. The Protector and Plus X are available separately or as a complete package.

The BMair Protector is a stand-alone system specifically designed for dust filtration. While it provides an excellent foundation, it is not sufficient for ultimate protection when working with hazardous gases or vapors. That’s why the Protector can be upgraded with a Plus package. The functionality of the Protector remains unchanged but can be seamlessly connected to the Plus X for enhanced gas filtration.

Always Online – A Revolution in Real-Time Monitoring.

Discover BMair Connect, the groundbreaking control unit developed in combination with the BMair Protector. As soon as the system is activated, BMair Connect automatically takes control and manages its operation. In the event of potential hazards, such as pressure loss or gas detection in the cabin, BMair Connect immediately issues alerts and provides solutions.

The most groundbreaking innovation is its advanced online connectivity—providing 24/7 access to all controller data via a real-time online portal. By logging in, users can instantly check the filter lifespan status. Various graphs provide real-time insights into key data, including cabin pressure levels. Additionally, they can access the filter log for each machine and download inspection certificates.

Smart sensors

To ensure that an installed activated carbon filter has not failed, it is possible to monitor the air quality in the cabin with BMair’s plug-and-play smart sensors.

In environments where carbon filters are installed, it is recommended—and often required—to install a sensor. For BMair Connect, various types of sensors are available, including VOC, NH3, and CO2. These can be easily plugged in at the bottom of the BMair Connect unit. The controller automatically detects the sensor type and starts monitoring immediately. This data is also instantly accessible through the online portal.

Plus X and Plus Y

The combination of a BMair Protector and Plus X provides optimal protection. With a dust-carbon filter package, the operator is safeguarded against even the most severe contaminants. The Protector can be easily connected to the Plus X for seamless integration and installation on the roof of a cabin, for example.

Later in 2025, the second modular option, Plus Y, will be available for mounting on the deck or fender of a machine.
